You think you know Croatia? Discover the Hidden Table odyssey.

A curated gastronomic odyssey through Croatia. Visit the places tourists never see. Up to twenty travelers. Eight to ten days. Nothing rushed, nothing performed.

Not a tour. An odyssey.

Five Stops, One Coastline

A slow passage through Croatia that Anthony Bourdain fell in love with — not the Croatia of crowded beaches and checklists, but the Croatia of fishermen, winemakers, farmers, old kitchens and long tables. We travel privately, slowly and deliberately. We follow the food, the seasons and the people who make Croatia what it is. And whenever possible, we take the road less traveled, or the boat instead.

  • Istria

Truffle forests and hilltop wine cellars, just inland.

  • Kvarner

Where the mainland shatters into dozens of rugged islands.

  • Pag

Salt, wind, and a cheese made only where sheep graze on both.

  • Skradin

Waterfalls at the edge of a town that still fishes for its own dinner.

  • Zadar

A sunset the world has called the best it has ever seen.

Who's cooking?

I'm Jelena. I run a marketing agency in Zagreb. But every chance I get, I'm on the road finding the Croatia that never makes it into a guidebook — the winemaker who doesn't have a tasting room, the fisherman who still cooks lunch on his own boat.

This isn’t a business I built to scale. It’s the country I love, shared with a small group of people I’ve actually met — not a guide I hired. You’ll travel with me, at my table, for eight to ten days. Americans want to know who they’re traveling with. Now you do.

Clear pricing. No surprises.
