Welcome to Hidden Table Croatia. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and details for booking and participating in our curated gastronomic expeditions. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. The Expedition Experience
Our expeditions are curated gastronomic journeys through Croatia, spanning five distinct regions from the truffle forests of Istria to the Kornati islands.
- Duration: 8 to 10 days.
- Capacity: Each departure is strictly limited to a maximum of twenty (20) travelers to maintain an intimate and deliberately paced experience.
- Nature of the Trip: The itinerary is built around authentic, unperformed experiences, connecting guests with local winemakers, fishermen, and regional traditions.
2. Pricing and Accommodation
We believe in clear pricing with no surprises.
- Standard Rate:€ 5,300.00 per person.
- Currency: All prices are listed and processed in Euros (€). Guests are responsible for checking current exchange rates at the time of booking.
- Occupancy: Rates are strictly per person, based on double occupancy.
- Solo Travelers: A single-room supplement applies for guests traveling solo. Please contact us directly for the current single-supplement rate.
3. What is Included
The expedition rate of € 5,300.00 per person includes the following:
- Accommodation: All overnight stays in carefully selected, family-run guesthouses and small boutique hotels.
- Dining: Every meal, tasting, and culinary experience described in the official itinerary.
- Transportation: Private, comfortable transport between all five regions throughout the duration of the trip.
- Excursions: One full dedicated day at sea exploring the Kornati Islands.
- Guiding: Full-time accompaniment and guidance by Jelena for the entire duration of the trip.
4. What is Not Included
The following items are strictly excluded from the base rate and remain the sole responsibility of the traveler:
- International Flights: Airfare to and from Croatia.
- Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel and medical insurance (highly recommended for all guests).
- Off-Itinerary Expenses: Any personal purchases, additional meals, drinks, or activities not explicitly listed in the official itinerary.
5. Booking and Confirmation
Due to the limited capacity of twenty guests per departure, spots are highly sought after.
- Availability: To secure your place, guests must write to us with their preferred travel dates. We will reply to confirm the next available departure.
- Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once direct communication has been established and any required deposits or payments (as communicated during the booking process) have been received.
